Ginco reveals a $327 million luxury project in Downtown Dubai

Ginco Properties, based in the UAE, has unveiled its flagship project, One Residence, in Downtown Dubai, with a construction cost of AED 1.2 billion ($327 million).

The project, designed by renowned architect Brad Wilkins, who has notable works in Singapore, China, and the United States, is strategically positioned in the heart of Downtown Dubai. Wilkins, known for creating iconic skyscrapers like the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the Pearl River Tower in China, expressed his excitement about contributing another striking building to the Dubai skyline.

Ginco highlighted that One Residence is located near some of Dubai’s finest dining and shopping destinations. The 30-story building features 453 luxurious units, ranging from opulent penthouses to cozy studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, all meticulously crafted with premium materials and offering panoramic views of the city skyline.

For the exclusive sale of these sought-after apartments, Ginco has partnered with One Broker Group (OBG), a distinguished real estate firm known for handling high-end properties in the UAE. OBG offers competitive pricing starting at AED 1.2 million, with an attractive 50:50 payment plan.

Urban Properties, a well-respected name in UAE real estate development, will oversee the project’s development. With two decades of experience, Urban Properties will ensure seamless collaboration, careful planning, and precise execution.
